Your mission

Bluedot is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Control Centre Executive to support our 24/7 air medical operations. In this role, you will be central to coordinating missions, managing real-time communication, and ensuring smooth collaboration between medical teams, aviation partners, and ground services.

You will work in a high-responsibility environment where calm judgment, accuracy, and clear communication are essential. Your work will directly support safe, well-coordinated patient transfers.

نبحث في بلودوت عن مسؤول مركز عمليات يتمتع بالدقة والقدرة على إدارة التفاصيل لدعم عمليات الإسعاف الجوي على مدار الساعة، حيث سيكون جزءاً أساسياً من تنسيق الرحلات الطبية والتواصل بين الفرق الطبية وشركاء الطيران والخدمات الأرضية.

ستعمل ضمن بيئة تتطلب سرعة في اتخاذ القرار ودقة في المتابعة وتواصلاً واضحاً، للمساهمة في ضمان رحلات نقل طبي آمنة ومنظمة للمرضى.

Key responsibilities include

Coordinate air ambulance and medical transfer missions from initiation to completion
Act as the central communication point between medical teams, flight operators, ground handlers, and partners
Monitor flights and operational movements in real time
Support case documentation, reporting, and operational updates
Escalate issues promptly and support decision-making during time-sensitive situations
Ensure operational protocols, safety procedures, and service standards are followed
Maintain accurate records and support post-mission follow-ups

متابعة الرحلات والتحركات التشغيلية بشكل مباشر
دعم توثيق الحالات والتقارير والتحديثات التشغيلية
التعامل السريع مع التحديات ودعم اتخاذ القرار في الحالات الحساسة
ضمان الالتزام بالإجراءات التشغيلية ومعايير السلامة والجودة
الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة ومتابعة ما بعد انتهاء المهمة الطبية

Skills & requirements

Experience in operations, coordination, aviation, healthcare, or assistance services
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to remain calm and organised under pressure

Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends
