Your mission

Key responsibilities include

• Coordinate air ambulance and medical transfer missions from initiation to completion
• Act as the central communication point between medical teams, flight operators, ground handlers, and partners
• Monitor flights and operational movements in real time
• Support case documentation, reporting, and operational updates
• Escalate issues promptly and support decision-making during time-sensitive situations
• Ensure operational protocols, safety procedures, and service standards are followed
• Maintain accurate records and support post-mission follow-ups
